JEMHCloud Data Pack

JEMHC Data Packs are one off purchases that enable short-term increases in capacity (Data and Messages) of the JEMHC SAAS product for Atlassian Jira Cloud. In order to get regular/monthly capacity increases, see "Plan Upgrades" on the JEMHC Licensing page (see Item Detail, below).
JEMHC is a Software as a Service offering that helps users of Atlassian Jira Cloud integrate external email more efficiently.
JEMHC is based on a monthly subscription model, at times, users will exceed acceptable use limits applied to their instances (based on the number of users they have). When those limits are breached (numbers of messages, amount of data), further inbound mail processing halts.
Without intervention, available data will be reset at the start of the month to allow processing to continue, however, of course, users may want to get email up and running a bit quicker, that is where data packs come in.
Data Packs constitute additional message quantity and data that will be used when plan limits are reached.
